Message from the Artist

I have been teaching with the Toronto District School Board for approximately 30 years. A French Immersion teacher from Montreal, an artist and educator, I am driven by a deep passion for the transformative power of the arts. I believe creativity is not only a skill but a voice—one that deserves to be discovered, nurtured, and celebrated. In my work with students, I strive to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to explore beyond the expected. Through hands-on practice, thoughtful guidance, and an atmosphere of encouragement, I aim to awaken each student’s unique artistic vision and individuality. My mission is to empower emerging creators to trust their instincts, embrace experimentation, and recognize the limitless possibilities within their own imagination.
